Mental health is a topic that is becoming increasingly important - also in the world of work. At a time when high performance and resilience are in demand, the pressure to function constantly is becoming ever greater. As a knowledge and strategic partner, elipsLife supports the "Mental Health - The Cost of Silence" campaign, which calls on managers to establish mental health as an integral part of their corporate culture.

Patricia Mattle, CEO of elipsLife, emphasizes: "Mental health deserves the same visibility as a broken leg. When we normalize the conversation, we promote resilience and performance." For elipsLife, it is therefore not just a question of well-being, but also an important prerequisite for long-term success and a strong corporate culture.

The "Mental Health - The Cost of Silence" campaign shows that mental health-related productivity losses cost Switzerland an estimated CHF 17.3 billion every year - CHF 6.3 billion of which directly affects companies. Put simply, every 90 seconds someone takes sick leave due to mental health problems. Managers are therefore called upon to put the topic on their agenda. "If mental health is not part of the management agenda, you are not managing risks - you are creating them," explain the campaign managers.

ElipsLife leads by example and offers companies solutions to promote the mental well-being of their employees. Solutions such as elipsLife Case Management Plus help companies to prevent and reintegrate employees who are struggling with mental stress. The message of the campaign is clear: companies that invest in the mental health of their employees not only create a better working environment, but also strengthen their long-term competitiveness. After all, real performance can only be achieved in an environment in which people feel good - and that starts at the top.
