Subject to regulatory approval, elipsLife Italy has finalized the acquisition of Harmonie Mutuelle’s Cessione del Quinto della Pensione (CQP) portfolio, marking an important step in strengthening its presence in the Italian market. The closing of the transaction is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The transaction supports elipsLife Italy’s strategy of sustainable growth, expands the portfolio under management, and further strengthens relationships with key banking partners.
