With COVID-19 now declared a pandemic, elipsLife U.S. wants our customers and business partners to know that we are fully operational across the country and are ready to assist our customers who have been impacted by this outbreak. We take the health and safety of our employees seriously who working remotely, and remain dedicated to support you, our customers and business partners during these difficult times. 

I hope this communication finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy. As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve and impact our communities, businesses and overall way of life, I want to update you on how we’re approaching things at elipsLife.

First of all, please know our thoughts and well-wishes go out to all of those who have been affected by this unprecedented pandemic – both personally and professionally. And we thank those on the front lines who are working tirelessly to care for those affected, finding ways to prevent the ongoing spread of COVID-19 and mitigating the subsequent outcomes.

Business continuity
Please rest assured the entire elipsLife team is fully operational across the country. We take the health and safety of our employees seriously, even while working remotely, as well as our commitment to you, our customers. As of March 12, the U.S. team enacted a business continuity test, asking all team members to work from home to ensure connectivity and systems were all operational. Beginning March 16, we officially transitioned to a nearly 100% work-from-home structure. There are a handful of team members who continue to go into the office as needed to handle any necessary tasks that cannot be completed remotely to ensure our service to you continues seamlessly and without fail.

Work environment
Currently, the elipsLife team will continue to work from home until further notice. Additionally, elipsLife team members are refraining from any business-related travel, and instead conducting business interactions virtually through video conferencing, email or phone. Our leadership team continues to assess and monitor the situation daily, making adjustments as warranted.
